Question about Rewards

I logged onto the Disney Visa site today to check my available balance. While there, I opened up the Rewards 'file' to see how much I have. It's been 88 dollars for a while (haven't used it much in the past few months). I even checked my last statement to confirm.

Well, I get on the site today and it says this:
Balance from last statement 88
Reward $'s earned from net purchases -2
Reward $'s transferred to Rewards Card 0
Remaining balance 86

My question is: Why would they take $2.00 away?

Did you get a credit on your card statement?

If you haven't been accumulating rewards dollars based on the charges you've made, I'd suggest calling Chase to ask them why this is so.

rewards also start to expire at a certain point.

Well, my bill states that 27 of my 88 points expire 2013.

There hasn't been any credits either. As per my April bill, it states I have made some purchases and made a payment. But no credits.

My statement for April states that it's 88 Reward dollars.

Did some investigating.

As per the internet's activity statement, it says I have a credit of 250.00. I forgot all about this.....it just hasn't shown up in my last paper bills yet.
