Yak and Yeti/ Nine Dragons

Is the Y and Y anything like Nine Dragons? ND will be closed when we are going to be there and I really wanted the Honey Chicken @ ND. They don't have it at the ND counter service...:confused:

I can't answer your question first hand, but I do know that there's a "crispy honey chicken" at the CS Y&Y...perhaps that will hit the spot?
