New Building by Contempary Hotel

Not sure if I spelled Contempary right. I was at the Magic Kingdom yesterday and rode the monorail from the Transportation Center and saw the new building being built. I'm assuming it is a new hotel but can anyone tell me the theme?

From what's been reported lately, it will be "Kingdom Magic Tower" and will be part of the DVC. I'm certain elements will include a tie-in to The Contemporary Resort.:mickey:
