Not only did Denise take care of the trip DW and I have planned for September, but yesterday she straightened out a situation my nephew and his girlfriend got in to with their reservation. She made them feel so comfortable that his girfriends mom, who wasn't planning on going anytime soon, decided to jump on the bandwagon and schedule a September trip for herself and her boyfriend!
