Celiac Vegan DD

DD is a vegan and diagnosed with Celiac this week. Has anyone got any advice or recommendations for food? She is 12 years old and will eat anything except the outer skins of eggplant. Thanks.:mickey:

1) The CS eateries will have some choices, but not many.
2) The TS eateries have options - call the eatery 24-48 hrs in advance.
