Property Taxes

Hi - Does DVC charge you property (or real estate taxes) in addition to your annual maintenance fees? Or, are they just built into the annual maintenance? One of my co-workers has a timeshare and was telling me how she pays both annual dues and taxes (on a seperate statement). Just wondering other annual fees I will get besides maintenance. Thanks!

Taxes are included in the annual dues. There is an estimate each year and if they over/under estimate they adjust it the following year.
