My daughter's wish for her birthday was to eat breakfast at Cinderella's Castle on her birhday in June. I had ressies for that morning as well as Chef Mickeys that evening (another favorite) as a surprise. Due to financial reasons we are having to postpone the trip until the fall (hopefully). Has anyone ever had a "pretend birthday" while on a trip to WDW? I really hate that she isn't going to get the magic of CRT on her bday but thought maybe we could celebrate later. Any suggestions?

I would suggest that you stop by Guest Relations at the first park you go to, and explain your situation. I can't predict what they will do, but it is possible they will give your daughter one of those Disney "It's My Birthday" buttons to wear each day during your visit. Many of the Cast Members will notice and will wish her a happy birthday everywhere she goes. It's not breakfast at Cindy's, but it would still be something special.
