AOL IM for web?

I know there is a website that allows Yahoo! IM users to use IM without downloading it to their machine. I use it all the time and it's great. Does AOL have the same thing, or can you only use it if it's downloaded?

AIM express works great, you don't get all of the same features as you do when you download, but it allows you to message people if you need to and you're near a computer without the program on it! :)
