Has there been any word of a soft opening date for Toy Story Mania at the Studios?

Nothing official but there have been rumors of it being in the middle of April to sometime in May. Lots of speculation...

Preview Mania

3/10/08 A tentative start date for previews of Toy Story Mania! has been internally announced. It has been internally announced that preview period of the attraction is tentatively scheduled to start April 25th, 2008. While this date still remains very tentative, applications for the attraction's first Cast Members were opened at the end of February, which generally fits an opening timeline to start previews in Late April.

Fingers crossed for some of you that this ride is open when you go on your trips.

My family is very excited about this ride and we can't wait to check it out next December! Woo Hoo.

What exactly is toy story mania? Is it an actual ride or another 3D movie?

I believe it's like Buzz Lightyear but with 3-D glasses on.Sounds like fun.

We'll be there from April 29-May 6! Prime soft opening time it sounds like! WHOO HOO! Hopefully I can come back and write a review on it. :)
