3:00 CRT Lunch

I see that lunch goes until 3:00. Does that mean one can make a PS at 3:00? If so, are they cleaning up around you or will you get the same quaity experience as earlier times?

20 years ago, I went with some friends to Epcot. We were in college so thought it was our duty to flirt with the girls from the various countries. When speaking with the hostess at the Norwegian restaurant, she suggested we eat at the latest seating for their lunch buffet which we did. You get charged the lunch price for the meal but you get all of the nice stuff that they put out for their dinner buffet. You may not get all of the atmosphere but it was a good value.
