When will tickets go on sale for the show. I am coming Dec 3rd and I will start to plan my dinners in June. If they do not go on sale by then what traditionally are the nights that they have the parade and stuff? Also what other Christamas parades are there in December.:number1: Man I cannot wait.

Hi  & :welcome:

It's actually a party - not a show. The park closes to only ticket holders and offers parades, fireworks and shows to a Christmas theme. Look here (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/holidays/christmas/mvmcp.asp) for details from 2007. The last few years tickets for the holidays parties have gone on sale May 1st. :santa:

You can see past dates here (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/calendar/historical/archive/default.asp).

Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom convert their daily parade to a Christmas theme for the holidays and festive elements are added to Illuminations as well.

Happy Planning. :write:

Are these dates confirmed by Disney? I sure hope so because it would give us a chance to go. We've never made it to the Christmas party since we could not go between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We went to the world Thanksgiving week 2007 and made the party at MK. It was terrific. DH and DD15 walked on a lot of rides. DD6 and I got to dance with Goofy. We got to do so much we've never been able to do before! And the snow on Main Street was great.

You will have to wait a bit for tickets, though. I can tell you I got my tickets only weeks before (Thanks Intercot) and that was during a busy week.

MVMCP is a lot of fun. I love the shows (especially CTS), the parade, and the fireworks. They also serve hot coco and cookies- yummy!

I was not a fan of MVMCP but, I was blown away by Osborne Lights at Studios!!

Try not to miss it if you can.

Welcome to Intercot!!:mickey:

I am so excited for MVMCP! The first time I went to WDW was in May-June, and after seeing all of the Christmas decorations, I HAVE TO plan a December trip! Well, I'm working on it. Hopefully my boyfriend will give in! :mickey:

I was reading the 2007 information about it, and it said, "Guests with wristbands may stay in the park at closing; all other Guests will be asked to leave the park." Just our of curiosity, how do they go about telling people to leave?

They have CMs who just go around checking for wristbands. Guests who are not attending the party will not be allowed onto rides, into shops, go get something to eat...they aren't even allowed into the restrooms. This really helps to clear out the guests not staying.
