I'm trying to come up with little puzzle/riddles but I don't know if these have a specific name...
For example:

One on one.
Or you write the word "Rosy" with a circle around it and it is "Ring around the Rosy."
What are these called? If you know any more, please share.

Rebus.
re·bus, plural -bus·es.
1.a representation of a word or phrase by pictures, symbols, etc., that suggest that word or phrase or its syllables: Two gates and a head is a rebus for Gateshead.
2.a piece of writing containing many such representations.
i.e., va ders
"space invaders"
