It's usually announced in April and runs through September. Last time, it ran from August 26 to September 22. You can find it in the Historic Discounts (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/discounts/historicdiscounts.asp) Section, but it's not listed as "free dining" just as a Public Package Discount.

I would bet is it offered this year. Annouced on a Monday in April to Visa members, open to the public 3 days later.

I'd guess it'll be 8/31 thru 9/24 this year.

When they announced the bounceback offer last September the dates for the dining offer for this year are August 30 to September 27.

Figment!

From Disney Dining Plan FAQ (http://www.intercot.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=91180)
Q: What is this "Free Dining Plan" and when is it?

The "Free Dining Plan" is a special Magic My Way Package where the Disney Dining Plan add-on is at no extra cost. Guests get a package with Disney hotel stay, park tickets and the Disney Dining Plan for only the cost of the Disney hotel stay and park tickets.

The "Free Dining" discount package has been offered the last three Falls (Late August through September), but there is no guarantee Disney will offer the same discounts each year.

In the past, Disney has opened the discount the preceding April.

I think the OP was asking for more than just this basic info. Do you have any guesses at more specific dates for 2008?
