My DD 11 has had what first appeared to be an ingrown hair or boil where her leg meets her body for awhile. It looked as if it was getting better but it is now larger and I am suspecting it could be a swollen inguinal lymph node. We are going to the doctor tommorrow to see what we can find out. She says it is painful. After looking up lymphadenopathy I am hoping that it is something that will be an easy fix. I will keep you all posted.:(

Well it turns out it is an infected cyst. How that happened we do not know. They have her on antibiotics to get rid of the infection first then will decide what to do about the cyst. Thanks for the pixie dust:mickey:

So glad to hear that a good ol' round of antibiotics should take care of the problem! I've been thinking of your DD and just wanted to stop by and send some :pixie:
