What is the official end date to YOMD? What are they planning on after this is over?

What is the official end date to YOMD? Part II of the Year of A Million Dreams is scheduled to end December 31, 2008.


What are they planning on after this is over?Nothing has been announced nor credibly rumoured.

Historically, there have been "buffer" years between themed celebrations, however; this has not been the case between the last two.
