How often are they updated? I am getting conflicting information from other sites.

If you look at the bottom of the page there is usually an update date listed.

Sometimes even with a date by the time you arrive at WDW there can be menu changes, although what you see will be pretty close. Just use the menus from this and other websites as a general guideline to avoid disappointment.

INTERCOT relies on our members to bring menus back from their trips so we can update our Menu section as often as possible.
We do not have "staff" in Orlando who can pick them up every couple of weeks to check for changes.
So, the menus are as up-to-date as we can possibly make them.

BUT... even if we post yesterday's menu for a restaurant, there is no guarantee that it will be the same when you go today. All menus are subject to change without notice.

They do serve as a good guide to the types of food and general price range for each establishment.
