EMH from Epcot Resorts (Process?)

Surprisingly with all my visits, I have never done EMH from an Epcot resort into Epcot.
I understand to use the International Gateway, however if the time is 8am, will they at least let you down the World Showcase a ways before releasing the ropes? We want to get to Soarin as fast as we can!
Has anyone ever had any experience with this?

You will be let in at the same time everyone else is. That isn't fair (I know), since you have further to walk, but all is not lost! Once you pass Canada and the McD's fry shop, there is a little walkway from the WS to FW, that will take you near the Imagination pavilion. This will get you to The Land around the same time, especially if you hot foot it there, like we do! Just make sure you are at the turnstiles well before 8!!
