Bounceback offer

I just got back this wk from WDW. they still offer a bounceback discount. If you book your next stay while you are staying at a WDW resort there is a discount. 20% off value 30% off mod.
I was going to book a mod for 7 nights for $800 some but i booked POP for $516.60
a 1 night deposit was required
And I was able to give credit to Karen of MJ who booked this trip.
Im not 100% sure I will go, but I figured it was worth booking. even if a better AP offer comes along.

We would love to get a bounceback offer when we are there in April. I wonder if there is a penalty if you book it and then cancel at a later date. Anyone know?

I believe its like the other reservations. as long as you cancel far enough in advance theres no penalty

Is there a certain timeframe within which the next trip has to be?

there were certain timeframes available for this booking. 3/30-4/12, 8/10-9/27/08
But I have heard of this offer happening previously also
