Length of Parades/Events

Just wondering about how long the parades and the other events last at the parks? (Wishes, Spectromagic, Fantasmic, etc.....) How do you plan for afternoon breaks with all the parades and stuff being right when we would "take a break"? Do you just not go to the parades?:cry:

Most parades are 15-20 minutes long. Fireworks are between 9-15 minutes long. Fantasmic is either 20 or 40 minutes long.

Here's my tip for the parade at AK. Get a map of the route 1st thing. The parade route doubles back. Hang out during the first trip and stake out your spot. As soon as it passes and folks clear out, scoot into position and get a front row spot! This was our favorite parade the whole time we were there! All the other parades the sun was in our eyes and we didn't plan well so it was just an ok parade!

Typically parades are around 15-20 minutes. Spectromagic is listed at 20 minutes, Fantasmic at 26, and Wishes fireworks at 13 minutes.

One thing about parades, they will pass one spot in 20 minutes but they weave through the parks so the parks can be congested for much longer, especially if you want to go to an attraction where the parade ends. You'll have to follow at the pace of the parade.
