The hours for Magic Kingdom for September are officially up on the WDW website today. Does anyone know why Magic Kingdom is closing at 7:00 on Tuesday, Sept. 9? Could they be starting the Halloween party that early this year? Thanks!

That is most likely the start of MNSSHP it was announce that they are starting earlier this year to accomodate more guests.

September 5th also shows MK closing @ 7pm. Do you think it will start as early as the first week of September? :hmghost:

These could be the Nights of Joy dates as well. If I remember correctly, that event is usually in early September.

Night of Joy is no longer at Magic Kingdom. They are now held at the Studios.

It is not likely that they will have two different Parties so close to each other in the same month.

The theming changes alone would be difficult to make within 2-3 days.

Last year MNSSHP started ~9/14 and the MK was already themed for fall with pumpkins and scarecrows prior to that.

I think Autumn starts 9/1 in MK this year and the first Halloween party will be 9/5.

Hoping to go 9/9 or 9/12.

Looks like Tuesdays and Fridays for most of September.
