A few weeks ago, my dad took a business trip out to Anaheim. No time for the parks, but he did manage to make it to DD. He actually called me from there, but I was out that night seeing "Little Mermaid" on Broadway. I was a little bummed, because if I had known he was going to be at DD, I would have had him pick up some Mickey Rice Krispie treats. Then I realized my friend and co-worker was leaving for a WDW trip at the end of the month! So I described the treats to her and asked her to pick me up two of them.
Well, she came back to work today and sure enough, the treats were waiting for me! She confessed that after buying some for me, her and her husband bought some for themselves, too. Now she understands why I went crazy for them!
