Does anyone here know if I can get a birthday cake at Hoop Dee Doo? We would be there for the last dinner of the night, if that makes a difference.

Not sure specifially for Hoop Dee Doo, but you can certainly order cakes from many places at WDW. My suggestion would be to speak with a concierge at the hotel you are staying at, if staying on property.
