DLR Aurora Pin w. Fan?

Would anyone happen to know if this Aurora pin is an LE? I know it is/was a Cast Lanyard only pin. I can't seem to find it's release amount, and I was just curious.

There isn't an edition size to it, it's just only available from CM's.
