Closing times on buffets

Hello again--I was finally able to get ADR at 1900 Park Fare at 8:40 on a Monday. Does anyone know when they close? I think they may close at 9:00. How long does the buffet stay open? We were at the Biergarten last year and had ADR at 8:40, by 9:00 they were putting it all away or not filling anything that was all gone. Should I keep this time?

1) Sorry, I have no answer.
2) I thought they stopped taking ADR's at 8:30pm.
3) They usually try to stop serving by 9:00pm.
4) Maybe they changed their hours.

This is Easter week--Does that make a difference. They are telling me that Chef Mickey's is going until 12:00 that week because it is Easter week.

Historically, Easter week is extremely busy. They may extend hours for that. Best bet would be to call Disney dining.
