Dolphin Renovation?

I just read on the WDW website on the Dolphin page under Guest Rooms that there is going to be a soft renovation starting in 2008. Does anyone know if this has begun and what all it is going to include?

Ok, here's the scoop:
They have been redoing the guest rooms. They are changing the curtains,
rugs and removing the wallpaper and just using paint on the walls. They
are also recovering the chairs to match the new curtains.
