Guest Services at EPCOT

Can anyone tell me if there is a Guest Service Counter that can issue Annual Passes at the enterance to EPCOT at the World Showcase?

There are several Guest Service widows at the International Gateway that issue tickets. I have converted my AP vouchers for an AP there a coupleof times.:thumbsup:

There is also a Guest Relations on the far right as you are facing the entrance gates to Epcot. We picked up our AP's at the gate and our DDE Card at Guest Relations.

Or it's just past the left leg of SSE as you're walking in, just past the washrooms, and at the north part of Innoventions East. :D
