During our last trip to WDW we attended more character meals than ever before. DD absolutely LOVES characters so we went to:

Cinderella's Royal Table
Crystal Palace
O'hana
Cape May Cafe
Garden Grill

In the past we've also been to 1900 Park Fare, Liberty Tree Tavern, Chef Mickey's and way back when on the Empress Lily. I think my favorite character dining experience is the Crystal Palace - there's something so magical about dining right in the middle of the Magic Kingdom!

What's your favorite?

We camp at Ft. Wilderness and don't eat many character meals out. This Christmas there were many of us and we ate at 3. I enjoyed Crystal Palace's food and I enjoyed the Princess breakfast at Norway (even if the last time the cinnamon rolls were hot and much better). I think the breakfast at the Tusker House was my favorite this time. They moved from the Donald Restaurantasourus into the TH so it is a bit more hoity toity (the other place was much more fun) but the food was really good. I especially like the hot ham and the many muffin choices...but best of all was the Jamba Juice to drink and I hate juices. Incredible...I could drink that all day...and I imagine it is pretty healthy for you.

DH is a Tigger fan, so Crystal Palace is a must for us on almost every trip!
We have photos of our sons standing by the Tigger topiary in the lobby over the years- it's our WDW growth chart. We have framed the first photo we took in 1993 in a double frame with the most recent one from 2005 (when they were 15 & 18). We will probably update that with one in Jan 2009.

We also enjoy Chef Mickey's and Cape May Cafe.

I like Liberty Tree Tavern, and I see it's tied for first in the poll right now with Crystal Palace.

:tasty:

That's a hard one. I have 3 that I do every trip: CRT lunch, LTT dinner, and CP dinner. I love them all.

Not one of the poll choices, but 1900 Park Fare is our #1!:number1:

This is a tough one. I like them all but I guess I am slightly partial to Chef Mickey's

I hate to do this to my main experiment 626, but I had to go with Crystal Palace, it was great on our last trip!

LTT all the way for us!

The best character interaction we've had anywhere!

I love all the ones I tried for different reasons. DD and DS had a ball doing the conga with Pooh & friends at CP, but in the end I went with CRT, since it was her most magical moment,

Mine used to be the Breakfastosaurus in Animal Kingdom but now that it has closed we will have to find a new character meal to make a tradition out of..........

Cinderella's Royal Table. Not for the food (or the price for that matter) but for the ambiance. After all we are the parents of three Princesses!!!

For us, it is a tie between Chef Mickey’s and the Crystal palace. We like the characters better at CM, but the food is much better at the Crystal. I guess it depends on what is more important, the food or the characters.:mickey:

you know, i read this quick and thought what charactor would you like to eat! well, at first, i was thining Babbi, but then i realized it was the breakfast with the charactors. well, I did not have the chance to eat @ crystal Palace with Pooh due to it being renovated the time i went, it was @ Tonys instead, it was nice, but i enjoyed Restaurantasaurus (sp) with Donald and the gang. we had a blast!

My DS 4 (at the time) probably liked the Garden Grill the best. Seeing Chip 'n Dale and Pluto and Mickey. My DW and I prefer CP, not only for Pooh and friends, but also because we like the deliciously fresh breakfast.

Cape May Cafe for me.

The character interaction is great, the food is fresh and tasty (only breakfast for character meal) and the staff is friendly and helpful.
