? about 11 month mark

I am looking to book a trip for Jan 2009. When can I use my 11 month ability? Is it the date I want to check in or the date I want to check out?

It's the date you check out but there is nothing to stop you booking day by day if you want to. I suspect most of January that shouldn't be necessary!

It is 11 months from each check out date.
For the busiest seasons, it may be best to call each day to reserve. Otherwise you just wait until 11 months from your last day.

Also- on the DVC website under "My Membership > Vacation Points", you will see the date for which you can make reservations. No guessing necessary!
