Favorite ride poll: Tomorrowland

All these polls gave me another idea, how about a poll for each section of WDW? We start with Tomorrowland, then Adventure land, eventually Future World etc.

Hope you guys want another poll but we'll see ;):thumbsup:

I voted TTA. I always love just sitting back and relaxing after a long morning or afternoon.

Given other posts on Intercot, I am probably in the minority, but I like Stitch's Great Escape.
No matter what others think, I think it's just a fun ride/show. Not the best in the whole park, but probably my current favorite in Tomorrowland.

Buzz would be a close second.
Carusell of Progress is a classic, but I think I still pick SGE.

I haven't been on the Laugh Floor yet.

It was close between TTA and CoP but I had to go with CoP. It is a classic! Every time I see it I will pick up on a little something I hadn't noticed before and find something to debate with my sister that we saw differently! Its a tradition for us not to mention cool and relaxing, like TTA. :thumbsup: :mickey:

I voted for Space Mountain just because no matter how many times I ride it I always scream at the end when the red light comes on, I love it!!

A very close second was COP for nostalgic reasons and Buzz lightyear cause its just fun.

The Tomorrowland Transit Authority is my favorite because there are no lines, it's relaxing, you can shoot great video from there, and I love going through the other attractions during the ride. FUN TIMES!

Wow this was a tough one! It was a hard call, but I voted for Buzz. All four of us love Buzz, & we usually ride it 1st, 2, or 3 times before moving on. DH & younger DS love SM & they usually go there next while older DS & myself love the TTA & we cruise it a couple of times waiting for the other 2. COP if a fav of all! :mickey:

We rode TTA for the first time on our Nov. trip and just loved it!! Seeing the park from the cars at night was marvelous! It was a close pick, however, between this and CoP! Can't believe that CoP was empty when we were there. This ride/show needs some lovin'!!!!

(i'm sorry, i love the classics) Even the WEDway had a revamp to become the TTA (with a really lame narration IMHO) But if this poll was for best ride of all time in tomorrowland, i would have to say the long lost (and missed) "if you had wings"

As much as i love SM and Buzz- COP is such a tradition and i still enjoy it- so its my #1
and the TTA is tradition too-

Laugh floor is very good, Stich is OK

I could do withot the Speedway- it needs an overhaul

I chose the TTA. Space Mountain and Buzz are a lot of fun, and COP is classic. But for me, there's nothing more enjoyable in Tomorrowland than taking a lazy spin (or 2!) around the land. If Buzz's laserguns had more movement like the DL version, it might move up to my top position.

I always felt that the Carousel of Progress, although not a high-speed, grab-your-cheeks, type of ride, it is a look into the mind of Walt Disney. It is a look into how Walt Disney viewed America. When I first took my children to the ride, they seemed bored out of their minds. However, when it ended they all said that they really enjoyed it. To me Carousel of Progress will always represent the man Walt Disney and his genuine love for this great nation.

Sigh, I wish they would leave everything alone and just build new buildings for these new rides. That way, everyone is happy. Space mountain wins here. Make sure you pit the winner of each land against each other for the overall fan favorite. I did something similiar to this with my post "mountain wars" Splash took all beating BTMRR, SM and even EE.

I love riding around on the TTA! Just relaxing taking a break from the madness of the parks. On our last trip DD#3 fell asleep on me while riding and we just kept going around and around until she woke up. It was heavenly! :cloud9:

DD#1 is yelling, Space Mountain, Space Mountain!!! Amazing since it took some major convincing to get her to try it; now we can't get her off it!!!

I had to go with Space Mountain - it is a classic! But I love Buzz Lightyear. In DSL we had the greatest picture of my DBF and I on the ride, he with over 300,000 points and me with 14,000 and a stupid look on my face. We were able to email it to ourselves for free and it is one of my favorite pics! :mickey:

I also chose SGE. We like SM, but it just causes us too much physical pain anymore. Maybe once it's overhauled, it will be better. I'm tired of coming off the ride with a headache and a sore back.

The Laugh Floor is great...you would love it. It's done very well....and DH was "that guy" on our last visit!

Space Mountain is my favorite ride at the MK! It was one my first rides during my very first visit to WDW. My mom went on it with us and I thought it was so cool that my mom rode SM. Awesome ride even today! Love it!

I don't mean small in the traditional sense..I mean more in the way that there is almost never a queue, you don't have to wait 60 minutes let alone 5 minutes to ride the TTA

So I mean small in the sense that it's not the most busy ride in WDW

And yes, before someone mentioned it :secret:, it does load very quickly so there is never much of a queue but you all know what I mean..

Actually, I pretty much love all of the rides at Tommorrowland but I guess Space Mountain is my favorite.

TTA we go on at least 4 times a day, Carousel of Progress I love, and is a great place to relax, I'm a HUGE Stitch fan so I always go on Stich's Great Escape, and every trip we go on Buzz at least 12 times a trip!:D
