Main Street Barber shop and P&P party

Does anyone know if they will be open during the party? We are not planning to go to MK except during the party and DS wants to get his hair cut there.

I don't think they are open. I believe they close at 5pm daily.
Your best bet would be to go to the park at 4pm. (they will let you in then with your P&P ticket) Go right to the barbershop and get his hair cut then.
