What does Disney have to offer in the days after Christmas thru New Years Day? Are there special shows or things to do during that time? Thanks for any information...We will be there Dec. 27-Jan. 2...:mickey:

The Osborne Lights and the various Christmas parades are offered through New Years. Plus there are special fireworks at the parks for New Year's Eve.

It's pretty much the same stuff they provide during the rest of the Winter season, with the Christmas parade running at MK and the Holiday version of Wishes. Jingle Jungle wil continue to run at MK, Epcot will continue with the Santas Around the World and the holiday Illuminations.

Just be advised that this is the busiest, most crowded two weeks at Disney. There will be huge crowds and long waits. Especially on New Year's Eve, when MK typically closes at 10am and remains so all day. Even if you have tickets and they are on Phase 4 (no further admittance), you will not be able to get in.

That being said, I recommend coming earlier in December or just after New Year's.

MVMCP will have stopped by then, but the Candlelight Processional at Epcot will still go on a few nights during that time.
