Favorite 3D Show

Just wondering what everyone's favorite 3D show is at Disney World. Mine is Muppets 3D but DH and both DSs like Mickey's PhilharMagic best. So what's yours?

It recently became Philharmagic. I love that one! Muppets is a very close second and I'm not a fan of the bugs life one. The whole in the dark, bugs touching me thing is a little too much for my nerves.

I voted for Phillarmagic, for overall best, but I love all of them and would break it down this way.

Best over all: Phillarmagic, just incredible, best I have ever seen!
Best animatronics and live characters: Muppets
Best humor: Muppets
Most fun: Muppets
Best 3D & 4D: Phillarmagic
Best use of sound: Phillarmagic
Best screen: Phillarmagic (it's huuuge)
Best suprises: Tough to be a bug (I love to watch the audience reactions)
Best pre-show: Muppets
Best theatre: Muppets
Best one to see again and again: Muppets, Phillarmagic and Tough to be a bug (all for various reasons, I love the Muppets and as I said I love to watch the audience reactions at "Tough to be a Bug")

Least favorite: Honey I shrunk the audience (the quality isn't as new as the others)

The climax/ending of Muppets is what makes it my fav. The action is fun and I love what happens to the theater.

PhilHarMagic is not only my favorite 3-D but its my favorite thing at WDW!! I just love it!!! I could watch it a billion times and it would never get old!

I absolutely LOVE Philharmagic! It gives me goosies just thinking about it!

I just saw the Muppet one on our last trip, and it was really cute - better than what I expected.

Didn't care for Honey at all.

Haven't seen Bug one yet. DD9 refused back in Sept. I think she was still freaked out by Honey.

Mickey's Philharmagic wins hands down closely followed by muppets.

Honey I shrunk the audience is ok but I really didn't like its tought to be a bug. Something poking me in the back puts me in a bad mood every time

This was a hard one to decide. I love Bug and Mickey, but went with Bug because it always ends up making me laugh and laugh.

Chose Mickey's Philharmagic for the all round show but also like Muppets and go there every year because, well, their the Muppets.

Interesting nobody has chosen HISTA up to this point. Its not a bad show, just a bit dated and tired. In its day it was one of the best.

This was a very hard choice....I did choose It's tough to be a bug....only becasue it was our first 3D and the reaction received from our kids was amazing.....I do like Mickey's Philharmagic very much.......it is almost a toss up.....

I love the Muppets... so in a really hard choice, they win out. I love the feeling of wandering through the theater. I also love Bug, but it doesn't win for me because too many times I have been there with parents who refuse to take their screaming, terrified children out of the theater. DH says that Philharmagic is the ultimate WDW experience.

I adore Philharmagic but Muppets is a close 2nd because it brings back hapy childhood memories of the Muppet Show!

It was hillarious watching my two autistic sons, who had to be convinced to put the glasses on, react and reach out to touch the jewels in "Philharmagic". Their surprised smiles were priceless.:)

Mickey's PhilHarmagic is a very good 3d show, its more cute than anything else, but i feel that Its Tough To Be A Bug brings a litlle more excitement to the 3d world. the crowds are always yelling and screaming, there's more stuff happening all around you from the benches that your sitting on etc.. just a litlle more fun.

This was hard to answer. I've always been a huge fan of the Muppets 3-D and never miss it. But I had to pick Mickey's Philharmagic because I like that it has several different Disney movies and I love the pie smell. Yum! Also the theatre is beautiful. I love the gold and blue.

Ours is Phillharmagic, but Muppets is a close 2nd. My girls freaked out in HISTA, so I don't think we will do that one again. When we were there in Oct they didn't care if we saw ITTBAB or not.:mickey:

There is no doubt in my mind, it is definitely Mickey's PhilHarmagic ! The others just do not compare. I actually love how this is very 4-D. I can still smell the apple pie!:rotfl::mickey:

Philharmagic DEFINITELY! I saw it for the first time during my first trip last summer, and it was amazing!

I find Honey I Shrunk the Audience to be way too dated!

PhilHarmagic - hands down. Muppets 3-D would be a distant second, and I couldn't care less about the other two. I keep my finger over the "sting" hole and my feet in the air.

I chose Muppets 3d. I just love the Muppets so much! It would be great if they made a new Muppet 3d movie, but if not I will keep seeing the old one hehe

I also love all the other ones, Philharmagic is beautiful and ITTBAB is just so much fun! seeing the whole audience chaotic and laughing and jumping up from their seats..so much fun :thumbsup:

I voted for Muppets. I LOVE the animatronics and the jokes. I think it's the Swedish chef that's back in the back....is that right? I know somebody in the back of the audotorium. Maybe I'm going crazy. But I find it awesome.

I chose PhilarMagic. I can't get enough of this show. Some of the best Disney music showcased in a really great way, with Donald Duck to boot! I also really like Muppets and ITTBAB. However, I really can't stand HISTA.

I agree that in its day it was a great show, but unfortunately I think it has run its course. I would love to see PhilharMagic replace it here in CA.

Both me and my wife enjoy Mickey's PhilharMagic. I also really like Tough To Be A Bug. I like the overall movie and effects in bug ...and like another said, it is fun to watch the audience reaction.

I voted for the Muppets. If Philharmagic actually showed Mickey more I might have voted that way. I went with Muppets because they are a must see for me. I can actually go to MK and not see Philharmagic.:mickey:

I voted for Muppets :kermit: because I love it so much! But I also love ITTBAB and have only seen Philharmagic once but I think its wonderful too! I grew up loving the muppets and really would be sad to not see that show every trip, as much as I love the others and would love to see them every trip too... Wow its hard to pick because WDW really does a great job with the whole 4D experience.

Aww come on if you put captain eo on here I'm sure he would be winning :D! And one must not forget Magic Journies for us that go way back. Philharmagic still stomps em all in my book, that show is pure disney magic just awesome and it smells good too!
