Thank You Intercot!

Not sure how long it's been there, but I just noticed yesterday that Intercot now has a forum for guests with special needs. What a great idea! :thumbsup: As a parent of an autistic child there is much to be shared about going to WDW as someone or with someone with special needs. This will be especially useful to those attending WDW for the first time with special needs or a special needs family member. I remember 4 years ago when we were getting ready to take our son for the first time I had so many questions and no where to turn. It was almost two years and several trips before I even found out about the Guest Assistance Card. Anyway, thanks!

LarryBoy- I hope you are not only able to help others who are planning their first trips, but also maybe gain a few more hints, tips and insights that you can use on your next trip!

There are ideas and suggestions for almost every type of special need- autism, diabetes, wheelchair bound, kids and adults alike.
Even if you just "temporarily" have a special need- maybe a recent illness or have your foot in a cast. You name it- it will be discussed.
And if you don't see it- ASK!
