During our trip to WDW last week we had some serious problems with our reservation and the dining plan. One of the CM's at the Concierge desk gave me a business card with a name and email address of someone in the company that I could contact regarding our experience. I cannot find the card anywhere and I really would like to send an email and a hand written letter to that person. Does anyone know an address or email address where I can contact someone 'high up' in the Disney Corporate chain? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
