A Movie Pavilion was originally planned for EPCOT, on a site between the Imagination! and The Land pavilions. Like The Great Movie Ride, it would have taken guests through various scenes from classic films. Instead, the concept ended up prompting Disney to create an entire theme park based on the movies.
