Food at water parks

Hola!

We're planning to spend a day at each of the water parks during our next vacation. I've been looking at the dining options at each, and I'm not impressed.

We'll be using the DDP, so I'm considering eating a good breakfast at Captain Cook's at the Poly and then just getting a snack at the water parks...

What do you eat at the water parks? Is the food as bad as it seems?

For the life of me I can't remember the name of the restaurant we ate at at Typhoon Lagoon!

I just remember we got plain old burgers and fries and they were just that, plain ol' burgers and fries.

It's definitely not anything wonderful, just food to put in your stomach. Next time I'll probably just eat a bigger breakfast.

Don't expect more than mediocre fast food or a light snack at the water parks. Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach have counter service restaurant, but they aren't particularly special. I recommend having a bigger breakfast than usual at Captain Cook's, substantial enough to keep you satisfied until dinner.
