Not sure if this is the correct place for this...

"Horizons" ride vehicle on MouseSurplus' Auctions site:

Horizons ride vehicle (http://cgi.ebay.com/Disney-Epcot-Horizons-Actual-Ride-Car-Vehicle-Prop_W0QQitemZ150191114150QQihZ005QQcategoryZ1380Q QcmdZViewItem)

I don't think I know this ride. What do you think you would do with this if you won this on eBay?:D

. . . What do you think you would do with this if you won this on eBay? . . .

1) Paperweight?
2) Patio chaise lounge?
3) Relaxation chair?
4) Meditation cabinet?
5) Home theater seating?
6) Centerpiece for yard decor?
7) Loveseat for courting?

Although I've never been on Horizons, that car looks pretty cool! :mickey:

My mom and I started freaking out when we saw this.

The majority of my childhood was spent on that ride.

I soooooo want that Horizons car!

Whoever gets it is one lucky person...

This is so funny as I was watching a podcast yesterday that showed a video of Horizons a few days before it closed. My first visit to WDW was a few months after it closed. Can someone please tell me more about this ride.

It's so sad that there are so many people who don't know Horizons. Has it really been that long since it closed. Man I'm getting old. :old: I remember back when WDW had just one park and you had to use tickets, and we liked it that way... Anyway, Intercot has a good Horizons (http://intercot.com/themeparks/epcot/futureworld/horizons/default.asp) page that can show you what it was like.

Actually, check out the other stuff the guys selling in his seller store...theres a button pad from Millionaire for 8 bucks, and a cabinet from a hotel room in the animal kingdom lodge for $200 ... wonder how legitimate this stuff is, not that it would be easy to steal any of it but its kind of strange.

Oh to just sit in the car one more time!!!!! Oh the memories!!!!! Did anyone notice that they take personal checks!?!?! I think for that amount of money I would want certified funds, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

And a telephone (http://cgi.ebay.com/Disney-Port-Orleans-Riverside-Phone-Telephone-Prop_W0QQitemZ150207275767QQihZ005QQcategoryZ1380Q QcmdZViewItem) from the port orleans riverside.
now I'm kind of questioning the guy.

It's all legitimate stuff. The place - MouseSurplus.com - buys old WDW/Disney merchandise, props, attraction vehicles, etc. Their warehouse is just down the road in Haines City.

Personnally, I have always wanted to get a hold of one of the old Space Mountain cars (the kind that held four people, where you either had someone sitting in your lap, or you sat on someone's lap) I have always thought that with the addition of a few pillows it would make a great chair to lay back and watch tv from. And it would look rather unique in my living room.

So if we all chip in, we could get it!!! We could each sign up for one week a year to have it in our house...

...any takers???

By the way...I've already been told by my DW that I'll have to donate "my week" to someone else because the ride vehicle doesn't really "go with" our decor.

Can you believe that???
