Treehouse Villas

Years ago we stayed at the Disney Institute which has now been torn down and Saratoga Springs built in its place.

The treehouse villas are still standing and when you drive by, there are lights on. I don't think you can rent them, so does anyone know who might be using them? We wondered if it was contractors or such as that with all the building going on.

We would love this puzzle solved. Thanks

The treehouses are now being used by the international college students. Apparently the treehouses are located on protected wetlands so nothing else can be built on the site. I'm not sure if Disney will ever open them back up for guests, but if they do I imagine that they'll have to have work done on them.
