Disney Reward Card Question

I know that I am going to ask an old question, but I could not find the answer I need.

I have a disney reward card and will be making my trip before I could get a card issued and mailed to me.

I thought that I read that you can go to customer relations at DTD and get a card issued there.:confused:

I don't remember where but you can get it at DTD. I almost had to do it my last trip but everything worked out. I'm sure someone will come along so that knows for sure where you go.

Yes, you can go to Guest Relations at Downtown Disney and get a card there. Once you have the card, you call the number provided and tell them how many dollars you want transferred to the card and it happens instantly. It's quite simple. :thumbsup:

We were there in December and my husband picked his up a guest relations in MK with no problem.
