I was just wondering how you all get your "Disney Fix" when you are not at WDW, especially when you know that you will not be going for a few years.

One of my favorite things to do is to watch the WDW planning dvd!

I love watching ALL the planning DVD's too! Also, if I have disney soundtracks (Illuminations...ect.) then I play those as often as possible. Even though I go to WDW many times a year, I still do these things because I love is so much. :mickey:

Intercot really helps, as does our home movies from each trip. Also, anything on TV as well:thumbsup:

Intercot is, of course, the best way. I get emails from DVC and Disney Insider as well. For Christmas, I got my wife a giant framed photo of Cinderella's castle that we put in our family room. I also have photos of us on Splash Mountain and Tower of Terror in the neat frames around the house. It helps us remember the trips. Scrapbooking is a fun activity for my wife and I have fun looking through the Disney scrapbook too!

We have a WDW dvd that was produced in the late 90s and still has a lot of 1980's footage of the parks. Somehow that 1980's feel takes me back to being a kid and puts me in that mindset. Also I put together pretty elaborate DVD's of our vacations which I create with Sony Vegas Movie Studio (it is a great program if you are into making your own movies). The movies have our pictures along with WDW music and footage from planning DVD's. We have a lot of fun watching those. :mickey:

I come on here a lot...and even though the park hours aren't out yet, we spent a lot of the weekend trying to figure out the plan for our trip in September!

Disney won't ship the vacation dvd to us all the way out here though. :(

Of course, all this planning makes me want to go NOW! :D

Definitely Intercot helps a lot! I also listen to the park CD's, especially in my car, look at pictures from past trips, and talk about WDW constantly with my family because we all miss it. Lots of reminiscing!! This year we get a "fix" by going to DL at Spring Break since we won't go back to WDW until November 2008. :mickey:

I listen to live 365radio on the computer while I am on the computer on the intercot boards.

My cable lets me search for shows by keyword, so I record every Disney program to my DVR...my boyfriend hates it b/c I take up so much space :silly:
I'm also on Intercot all that time and I have every vacation planning video since the late 90s

I never really have a Disneyfix. Reading about Disney helps and back when I had it, RadioDisney helped.

I'm never happy unless I'm there.

Good topic!
