Jiko for kids??

Q: Is it OK to take DS(10) and DD(6) to Jiko? I love to visit AKL and enjoyed Boma. I end up doing a lot of walking to help the kids get things on a buffet and was thinking it would be nice to stay seated and go where someone brings the food to us. Of course, I would love to try Jiko too. :mickey:

I think it is ok to take them......we've been taking our DS for the past three years and he does fine -- he ALWAYS orders fruit salad for appetizer, the mac & cheese and the Jiko puzzle for dessert (in fact one time the pieces were wrong and he made sure the server knew....the chef even apologized!).

While Jiko is not overrun with kids, I think that taking them is OK as long as they are not running amok.
