Isn't that more of a shelter in the area than a building? Possibly near the Riverboat enterance. It may be where they sell the turkey legs? During MNSSHP they were handing out candy here and ther weather vane caught my attention.

The building is a yellow with a greenish roof. I jus don't have a name.
