We are planning a trip for the week before Thanksgiving 2008. It has been since Easter of 2007 since we have been. I have not been visiting this site for a while and I was wondering "What's New?" Character Meals, experiences, shows, tours, new character meet n greets, etc. Thanks.

I don't think too much has changed since last Easter, but Spaceship Earth has been updated since the last time you were there ... that is one think that comes to mind, though I'm sure there are a few other things.

They put lights on the castle to make it look like its covered in ice.

January 6th is the last lighting of the Castle.

Hopefully by Nov 08, they will have the new attraction at MGM up and running. It is a Pixar based interactive ride. Also, I am not sure but was the Laugh Club at MK open this past Easter??

:) By that time, they will have the Toy Story Mania ride up and running at Hollywood Studios...it is located where Who wants to be a Millionaire used to be...Yak and Yeti restaurant is now open at Animal Kingdom and at Epcot the Italian restaurant Tutto Italia will change over to the new permanent Italian restaurant in late fall....I also saw where they will be closing the Chronicles of Narnia exhibit for a few months for a complete refurbishment at Hollywood Studios...this summer a sequel to the first movie comes out so I don't know if that's why they are redoing it, but I hope they make it more than a glorified movie trailer.

Thanks for the info, I am anxious to see the Toy Story ride!! And by the way yes the Monsters Inc Laugh Floor was running during our last visit.

When is Toy Story Mania (I think this is what it will be called) expected to open? I really love MGM (now HS), but think that a few new attractions are necessary.
Along the same line - I know that EE is new, but AK really needs some additional attractions also. It is our least favourite park. Of course, our least favourite Disney park is still 10 times better than just about any other theme park!
