Yes. Yes you can. We use them as standard procedure, and have used them virtually everywhere on property for all kinds of dining - snack carts, counter service and table service.

The only time I have not been able to use them is at the locations that are not disney owned (Rainforest Cafe). If you have any plans for these restaurants make sure that you call ahead and confirm. I am not sure about some of the others like Planet Hollywood, Raglan Road etc.
