We finally booked a room at the SSR for the week of February 3, 2008! I didn't think I was going to get anything at one point. Nothing was available at Disney's website, but any other week wouldn't work with the great deal we got on tickets with Southwest. So, DW and I decided we could stay at one of the Downtown Disney Resorts (the Royal Plaza) and that would be better than staying further off-site. But...a last minute check of another disney site revealed a DVC owner looking to rent some points at a low price. We booked one of the last available studios at SSR for the week (our last night there is in a 1BV due to the studio availability). :mickey:
What is going on though? I know our trip is slightly last minute, but I can't believe how booked all the resorts are at the beginning of February!
