When do the best Disney Visa deals come up?

Right now my husband and I have a Chase Freedom and would like to potentially get a Disney Visa if the deal is right. I'm just not sure if it is worth it or not to have a Disney Visa card. What are some of the best perks of the card? We're thinking that if we won't have interest building up for a while on our upcoming trip then we'll for sure get on board.
