What time of day does the soft opening for SE occur?

1) The "soft opening" is a trial run.
2) They open whenever they feel it is "ready".
3) It is then shut down
. . . when they have a problem
. . . when they find what they are looking for
. . . when they are ready to change/repair something
4) It goes through this all day long.
5) You just have to keep looking for operating periods.
6) There is no schedule.
