So if you are at the MK on a night of the MVMCP, can you eat at either a table service or counter service restaurant starting at park closing if you don't have a party ticket?

Say you're at the park all day, and it closes at 7 for the party. If you're already in the MK, can you go to a restaurant at 7 - or will they turn you away? What if you get there just before 7 -- will they seat you knowing that you'll be at the restaruant after 7 p.m. closing?

Thanks for any feedback!

Hi!
I know a lot of the TS resturants close prior to the MVMCP, as do a good number of the CS. As far as what time the last table is sat or regular park gues it served, I'm not sure. Although I will say if a Cast Member sees you walking around the park after closing with out the MVMCP wrist band they will escort you out. If you have any other dining questions you might want to call WDW dining directly so there is no confusion. Hope this helps!

Your question is not very magical to all of the guests that have paid for the priviledge.

Not all of the eating establishments are open during MVMCP.
Plan to eat earlier or in another park or resort.

Your question is not very magical to all of the guests that have paid for the priviledge.

1) Alas, many people tend to nudge or fudge the rules.
2) And, Disney doesn't really care to enforce the rules.
3) The motto is: "Everyone deserves the best WDW vacation, ever."
4) And, Lord help the CM that gets in the way.

5) Some examples of non-enforced or seldom enforced rules
. . . heelies/wheelies in the parks
. . . staying in parks during Parties without a hard ticket
. . . celebrating birthdays that aren't during the vacation
. . . letting some have AP discounts without an valid AP
. . . giving comp's to guests for minor complaints
. . . not charging for wheelchairs that are not returned
. . . loud resort guests late into the night

NOTE: This is not to imply the OP wants to nudge the rules, but everyone is supposed to be out of the park at the start of a hard-ticket party if they do not have a ticket.
