2008 DDP Question about sides

I have noticed on some of the TS menus that sides are an additional charge. Can someone clarify for me if these are covered under the 2008 DDP? I am guessing they are not but just wanted to double check. Thanks.

I just double checked the offical 2008 brochure I printed out from the Disney website. There is no mention of a side being included at either Quick or Table service meals. I kind of think this maybe another change in the plan from previous years.
