Touring Plans for MLK weekend

For those of you who are familiar with the traffic patterns over the MLK holiday (this year, 1/17-1/21)...

We're planning on touring MK 1 day, DS 1 day, Waterpark or Disney Quest 1 day, and relaxing at our resort 1 day. Thurs 1/17 is early open for MK so we'll probably go there. Should we do the early entry at DS on Sat, try to miss the crowds and do DS on Fri., or do a 1/2 day at each park on Thurs. and Sun. (eve. magic hours on Sun. at MK)? Will the crowds be that bad on Sat. and Sun.?

I am going that weekend as well. What I ahve found is if you have a plan and use FP to the fullest you should be fine. The one important thing about your plan is make it flexible. If you are in a park and the crowds are bad park hop to a another park.
